Overview
My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, beginning on the day after your item was delivered. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, I can’t offer you a full refund, however I will consider raising a credit note on your account for future use.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any product tags must not have been removed.
To complete your return, please use the contact form at the bottom of the website to send me a message. Just let me know the reason you’d like to return the item and I’ll give you instructions on the best way to send it back to me.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting me.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within five working days.
I will also refund you the cost of shipping your item as if it had been shipped by the least expensive service. If you paid a higher price for a ‘premium’ service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm, I can only refund the additional amount paid if the item was not received within the specified time.
Late or missing refunds
If you receive notification that a refund has been approved and processed please wait up to seven days for it to arrive back on your payment method. Usually, refunds take just a couple of days to arrive.
Exchanges
I am happy to exchange products as long as the request is received within my 14-day notification period. If the new product you’re choosing is more expensive than the one you originally purchased, you will need to pay the difference before the new item is posted. If the item you’re returning is more expensive than the replacement item, I will issue a partial refund to your original payment method upon shipping the new item.
Posting your return
To return your product, please send me a message using the contact form at the bottom of the website. Please ensure that you have notified me of your intention to return the item before you actually send the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service for returns (such as Royal Mail Signed For®), but at the very least you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
